Product Description

The unique “one pack, two ways” design lets you enjoy it as dry noodles with sauce or as a noodle soup. The large sauce packet allows for taste adjustment: use half for a lighter flavor, or the whole packet for a richer taste that still isn’t too salty.

Ingredients

Noodles: Wheat flour, refined palm oil, tapioca starch, salt, soy sauce, quality improvers (potassium carbonate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium metaphosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate), sesame oil, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, seasonings (monosodium glutamate, DL-alanine, disodium succinate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, sodium citrate), compound emulsifier (glycerin, refined soybean oil, soy lecithin, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), β-carotene (with refined sunflower oil, soy lecithin).

Seasoning Oil Packet: Chili bean paste [soybeans (GMO), chili, wheat, salt], refined lard, refined palm oil, seasonings (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, DL-alanine, disodium succinate), soy protein granules (soy), pork, salt, sesame oil, caramel color, chili powder, mirin (glutinous rice, rice malt, fructose, vinegar), sugar, pork extract [including vegetable extract, soy protein hydrolysate, yeast extract, maltodextrin, spices, five-spice powder, pepper, cinnamon, corn gum], mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), licorice powder.

Soup Packet: Salt, garlic granules, dehydrated spring onion, seasonings (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, disodium succinate), satay powder (garlic, peanut powder, soybean powder, shrimp powder, shallot, sugar, galangal powder, star anise powder, celery powder, chili powder), pork flavor seasoning [refined lard, soy protein hydrolysate, lactose, spices, glycine, DL-alanine, sodium L-aspartate].
